The Buruca House  click on picture to enlarge

This particular home was a request from a new contractor in the area from San Salvador.  It has four bedrooms, two baths and is around 1369 square feet.  A basic five sheet plan set with a materials list.  Total cost for plans with materials list was $500.00.

Eclectic Loft  click on picture to enlarge

For old and young couples alike.  The Eclectic Loft is a one bedroom loft style contemporary passive solar cabin.  Large south facing overhangs and prefab insulated window shades allow mother nature to task most of the heating and cooling needs.  Home relies on passive solar design and simple portable energy star rated heat & cool unit.  Hot water is provided by an electric tankless on demand water heater.  Standing seam roof, channel rustic smooth hardie panels cover exterior walls.  Materials to build cost less than $50,000.

The Summertown Health Center  click on picture to enlarge

The Summertown Health Center is the proposed wellness/medical facility for the people of surrounding areas in and around Lawrence, Maury, Giles, Wayne, and Lewis County Tennessee.  The Center will provide all kinds of physical fitness activities and include the states largest warm therapy pools.  It will also include a kitchen with inside and outside courtyards, weeping wall and fountains.  The downstairs has a full gymnasium, lap pool, jacuzzi, saunas, men's & women's locker rooms, and wellness center.  The upstairs boasts medical practitioners and specialty offices, above gym indoor running/walking track, recreation center, yoga/aerobics, and massage rooms.  We are still making revisions to the drawing and will post them asap.  The center will be located in Summertown, TN.  Ground breaking should be around February or March of 2007.  We generally don't design commercial buildings even though we utilize commercial/industrial concepts into some home designs.  We have enjoyed working with the Health Center Board designing the commercial application.

Cubical Residence  click on picture to enlarge

The Cubical Residence is pure modernism.  Built completely on a concrete slab with radiant floors that double as the finished floor.  Flat roof with an EDPM membrane and sod covered for a complete self contained garden.  Exterior walls are corrugated galvalume with indirect built-in lighting.  Center of exterior walls are covered with mahogany panels with marine varnish.  Most all interior doors are pocket with automatic sensors that open effortlessly.  Includes built in pool, and a two car garage.  A truly unique home.

Eshelter  click on picture to enlarge

The Eshelter was created after hurricane katrina devastated the coastline as an inexpensive quick-building emergency shelter.  The first Eshelter was built using leftover scrap lumber from job sites. The Eshelter uses full-sheet plywood, straight cut 2x4 boards, with minimal cutting to produce a quick water-tight 12'x12' shelter that can and has been used for everything from an emergency shelter, tool shed, hunting&fishing cabin, apartment, pool house, shop, greenhouse, and storage building.  I donated the design to the American Red Cross.  I have sold many of the plans on Ebay and from this website.  They are still available.

All American Cabin  click on picture to enlarge

A simple, classic saltbox design with two baths and three bedrooms.  Can easily be modified to fit your needs.  These cabin plans have been distributed world wide via Ebay and the website.  Inexpensive to build.  Materials generally run around US $26,000.00.+/-

Crosstye  click on picture to enlarge

Custom designed home for private individual.  Can be modified and redrawn to suit your needs or built as is.

Modern Barn  click on picture to enlarge

New design still under revision.  It is a culmination of old & new architecture.  Based on passive solar, thermal flooring principals the Eclectic Loft will utilize solar panels, solar hot water collectors, and wind generator, as well as being tied to the power grid.  Super insulated and thermally sealed it will see utility bills of less than $30.  year-round.  Reflective galvalume roofing thwarts high heat associated with roofs, painted hardiepanel vertical siding will allow for many color combinations on the exterior surfaces.  This home has an open, screened area on the first floor for outdoor living which includes a micro kitchen, spa and entertainment.  The second floor has a walk-around balcony/library that is open to the living room downstairs.  each bedroom has it's own outside deck.  I will include more drawings soon.

Karina  click on picture to enlarge

The Karina is a two or three bedroom cabin that looks like a house.  We have been designing vacation cabins for years and this ones no exception when it comes to making yourself at home away from home.  This is the latest evolution of the original Cozy Cabin we designed years ago.  To date hundreds of those plans have sold.

I will add more (including tract homes and more traditional floor plans) as soon as possible.  Thank you for looking.
