New passive solar low/zero monthly energy bill home design.  After several configurations of modular home builds I have laid out a simple inexpensive, "DIY," passive solar home that utilizes several features listed below.  The modules below are 14' wide and varying lengths.  The highest roof is butterfly style and allows for placement of PV panels & other solar devices.  The other roofs can easily maintain a plant mix, garden, or grass for added insulation and total "green ," package.  This plan is currently in developement and will be available soon.  I am going to make it affordable and easy to use for all you DIY'ers out there.  Energy efficient homes should be affordable and easy to build so money can be diverted to more alternative power building sources & green product uses.  The plans should be available by December/January and include all details of below mentioned products.  The Hybrid passive solar below is still in the works as well.  It will include a thermal radiant floor system w/ heat tubes and a new cooling tower design.  Check back for more information.  Email me for any questions.  waynedesign@waynedesign.net
